Signing in

Sign in with the same method that you use in the app: Apple, Google, or email. Your designs and your subscription belong to that account. A different method creates a different, empty account.

Subscriptions and billing

If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

If you subscribed on naildesignerai.com, manage or cancel it on the Billing page of your account. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Designs

A new design usually takes less than a minute. If a design fails or does not look right, email us with the time you made it and a short description of the problem.

Nail Designer AI in ChatGPT

You can search designs, create designs, and find nail salons inside ChatGPT. Connect Nail Designer AI from the ChatGPT plugin directory and sign in with your Nail Designer AI account. Designs that you create in ChatGPT are saved to your account.

To disconnect, remove Nail Designer AI from your connected plugins in ChatGPT settings.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the settings of the app. You can also email us from the address on your account, and we delete it for you.
